Dear Industry Colleagues,


After our DSDEIAC2022(Data Society and Digital Economy International Academic Conference) Invitation sent out, many replies we received, this conferenceis approved by Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China, and Guangzhou University of Finance & Economics as one sponsors takes participate in, so Guangzhou and Xi’an of China are DSDEIAC2022 host city.

Dear Friends and Colleagues from Data Governments, Universities, Enterprises, Research Institutes and Technical Developers,

DSDEIAC2022, the 2 days, themed “Data drives new era, digitalization opens up new chapter”, is now calling for speakers and presentations, such as keynote speech, panel session speech, expo roadshow and conference paper e-poster.

Requirements for Speakers

  1. If you need to make presentation in DSDEIAC2022, please fill in the speaker's registration form Table 1 in Appendix 4. The registration form submission deadline is September 20th, 2022;

  2. The content of the presentation should focus on thec onference theme and closely follow the topic ofeach panel session. Please try to control your presentation time in 18-20 minutes, and leave 2-5 minutes for questions;

  3. Based on academic and technical research, focusing on application, it is allowed to make the brief introduction of enterprises and products;

  4. Online live-stream presentation is available, recorded also okay;

  5. For online presentation, please be sure to use your computer for sharing your screen and make speech, and adjust the angle of camera in high definitionas well as hearing the sounds clearly in headset according to the requirements of video conference;

  6. Conference papers should be novel and logical, please see DSDEIAC2022 call for paper for specific requirements, length of 4000-10000 words, and should be standardized (strictly apply DSDEIAC2022 full paper template).

DSDEIAC2022 Data Cup Knowledge Contest

Dear Students from Universities; Dear Data Research Enthusiasts from Research Institutes and Enterprises,


Data has already the national strategy, science needs data,society needs data, economy needs data, in the future, the war also needs data. This is a great cause that request several generations to perform the work on construction and development of data science, to use all the means to cultivate much more data talents and data scientists, we should start with students and undergraduate to develop their data awareness.


For this purpose, we are now taking the opportunity of "Data Society and Digital Economy International Academic Conference (DSDEIAC2022)" to hold the "Data Cup" knowledge contest.   5. Contest Rules

    The contestis divided into preliminary, semi-final and final.

    Preliminary arrangement: 1st-12th August, 2022, online login DSDEIAC2022 contest system and answer the questions, contest time is limited to 1.5 hours. The system is open from 9:00am to 5:30pm. After the preliminary, the top 20 finalists will be released and allowed to semi-final.

    Semi-final arrangement: 15th-20th August, 2022. Teams of 3-5 contestants are allowed to take part in Data Cup Contest. Contest entries instruction with video instruction are collected by contest system. The system will be open from 9:00 to 17:30, and the system will be closed at 17:30, 20 August. Please submit before this deadline. The contest committee will conduct the experts and professors to make comprehensive evaluation, and selects top 10 teams to enter into the final.

    Final: live-stream display or defense during the conference of DSDEIAC2022.

  6. Contest Content

    This contest mission is to promote the stand-out of inter-disciplinary talent, the contest exam is very broad, including data theory principle, method of social data, digital trade, digital economy, government e-government data, data governance, data safety of personal information protection law, Belt and Road initiatives, digital trade clearing and settlement platform, digital strategy of economic data, etc.

    The types of preliminary questions include one-choice question, multiple-choice questions, gap filling, conventional questions. Please input your name, affiliation, mobile No. and E-mail before starting to write the response.

    The question type of Semi-final is free-answer question, the answers in the form of composition, short research report, model, formula, equation, new idea are workable, one short-video for 3 to 5 minutesis required fields, the video should be comprised for competitor name, contest name, for which question is the work submitted, highlights and work’s show. The Contest Award Committee gives the result of Semi-final that is for finalist of final according to online voting results+the score which will be given by contest judges.

    The final are divided into two parts, the first part is vies to answer first, the second part is participant talent show which including exhibition and performance within 10 minutes and defence of 5 minutes.

    In DSDEIAC 2022, the contestants finally faced off, judgesgive points on the spot.

  7. Contest Rules

    DSDEIAC2022 Data Cup Knowledge Contest is the first, all contestants does not need to pay the registration fee.

    Contestant must pay close attention to the contest committee’s email notification and each important time. Pre-contest orientation meeting was held online before preliminary with contest system instruction and training.

    Pre-contest orientation meeting: 4:30pm-6:00pm, 29July, 2022. This meeting will introduce the significance of the “Data Cup”Knowledge Contest, rules of participation and the use method of the answer system, etc. The contestant should attend this meeting on time is required.

    Preliminary: Online answersystem (Youkaoshi) is applied in the preliminary. Each contestant will receive the contest link from e-mail to login in and start to write the answer, finish all of questions and submit, you can find the score and the answer parsing, top 20 from preliminary will be selected out to taken part in Semi-final.

    Semi-final: Individual or team is allowed to take part in Semi-final, entries in the form of zip included the video format must be submitted with creation, systematic and logical. Top 10 from semi-final will be selected out to take part in Final.

    Final: Qualified contestants will be invited to attend the opening ceremony and award ceremony of Data Cup Contest Knowledge in DSDEIAC 2022 (the exact time and arrangement are subject to DSDEIAC2022 call for delegates and conference guide).


The organizing committee will notify the contestants to take participate in the semi-final and final through the contact information which was reserved in DSDEIAC 2022 contest registration form. If the contestant does not give the contest committee reply within 7 days after the e-mail send out, the contestant will be deemed to have given up and the organizer has the right to replace other teams.

To obtain the final qualifying contest and individual or team, need to pay the DSDEIAC2022 registration fee. Good news for students, fees in half is okay to attend all activities of conference, include opening ceremony, laughing ceremony of data science monograph, keynote speeches, panel sessions, interaction with the exchange of experts, and etc, and also the contestant can get the e-proceedings of DSDEIAC2022, electronic version of new book, PPT presentation materials, video of the conference whole process.

Accommodation fee will be asked contestant to pay.

DSDEIAC2022 Investment Invitation Letter

The moderators requested to give key acknowledgments to DSDEIAC2022 Co-host at the opening ceremony and closing ceremony, and their attending leaders are included in the list of introducing guests and VIPs, and are grandly introduced by the moderator at the opening ceremony, with the VIP room providing space for pre-conference dialogue among member of academician (member of Chinese Academy of Engineering and Chinese Academy of Sciences), honored guests and the leaders of each host.

  3. Invite the leaders of the co-host to seat with name badge in the front row of the guest table at the opening ceremony and plenary session, and give 6-8 minutes for a welcoming speech.

  4. A group photof or the leaders of the hosts and honored guests during the tea break, with priority access to the various important resources which will be provided in the relevant activities.

  5. Keynote presentation of 25-minutes is given to the co-host during the golden time slot of the conference themed keynote speeches.

  6. To obtain the planing right of conference panel session or exhibition area, organizing and lead the panel session and giving a keynote presentation, with the length of 25 minutes; having the right to check the presentation content anda rrange the agenda of the panel session, and make overall arrangement and planning for the exhibition space.

  7. Co-host get two booths (18 square meters) from conference venue, if epidemic blocked the offline conference, the booth will be replaced by online 3D dynamic model showroom (60 square meters of special design exhibition hall) to display, all materials need to be prepared and putted to the certain place by co-host.

  8. DSDEIAC2022 committee can give assistants free of charge to co-host for beautification of exhibition hall online to give the bestfeeling.

  9. Sponsor as“Co-host of DSDEIAC2022", and unified external publicity, spray-painting of "sponsor acknowledgement"at the venue entrance and online main screening background before the opening of DSDEIAC2022.

  10. Both main screen and live stream platform plays promotional film of co-host(promotional film provided by the sponsor, the content must be approved by the organizing committee, the organizing committee can provide video editing services).

  11. 8 co-host representatives are allowed to attend all events of the conference free of charge.

  12. National-level media coverage.

Note: In order to provide a full range of promotional services for co-host in better way, specific returns can also be tailored to the requirement of the sponsor.


2. DSDEIAC2022 Undertaker and exclusive sponsor of the panel session (CNY:¥8,0000-20,0000)

  1. DSDEIAC2022 undertaker to obtain the status of the organizer and display their name or LOGO in all of conference promotional materials (announcement, conference guide, H5 invitation, wechat conference website, Chang'an University conference official website, posters, etc.), and their LOGO and name to appear prominently in the venue, etc.

  2. The moderator is required to give key acknowledgments to the undertaker at both the opening and closing ceremonies, and their attending leaders are included in the list of introducing guests and VIPs, and are grandly introduced by the moderator at the opening ceremony, with the VIP room providing space for pre-conference dialogue among of academician the leaders and guests of each organizer.

  6. The undertaker is provided with one online booth, and make booth layout by themself.

  7. Sponsor as “Undertaker of DSDEIAC2022, and unified external publicity, the venue entrance spray-painted "sponsor acknowledgment" or online main screening before conference.

  8. The undertake leader moderates a panel session, each delegates in panel session room will know the undertake company.

  9. 6 undertaker’s representatives will be invited to attend all events of the conference free of charge.

  10. Municipal media coverage.

Gold Sponsorship (CNY:¥60,000)

  1. The 2 leaders of the gold sponsor will seat with name badge in the front row of the guest table;

  3. A professional presentation (25 minutes) is scheduled during the prime time (the second position of the corporate presentation).

  4. The golden sponsor will be provided with one booth online or offline, online exhibition hall can be viewed for one year.

  5. 4 delegates are allowed to attend all events of the conference free of charge.

  6. Sponsor’s promotional materials or in-kind gifts can be putted into conference material bag, if the epidemic affects, the company brochure can be shared in the wechat group.

Proceedings Sponsorship: (CNY:¥50,000)

  1. The cover of the proceedings shows the name of the sponsoring company; the proceedings are inserted with a color page of the company's technical category.

  2. Acceptance certificate of papers will be submitted by host and sponsoring companies.

  3. Invite the sponsor leaders of DSDEIAC2022 proceedings to be seated in the front row of the guest table at the venue.

  4. A 6-8 minutes promotional video of the proceeding's sponsor company to be shown at the best paper award ceremony.



Exclusive sponsorship for the dinner: (CNY:¥100,000)

  1. Welcoming dinner opening speech or presentation by the leader of the "dinner sponsor".

  2. A 30-minutes promotional film.

  3. Leading tables inviting sponsor principal to accompany them, using the leisure time to start the topics for discussion or to be the focus.

  4. The display of roll-up banners or other promotional items of the sponsoring company at the dinner.

  5. Enterprise materials into the DSDEIAC2022 tote bag.

  6. Conference gifts (500sets+) Sponsorship: In-kind sponsorship

  7. Providing beautiful gifts for the conference or putting a corporate imprint on the souvenirs which is ordered by DSDEIAC2022 committee.

Live stream platform or sign-in system advertising: (CNY:¥20,000)

Conference registration and check-in will be done in the wechat conference homepage, and sponsors can insert logo or advertisements.


Sponsor of the monograph "Exploration and Discussion of Fundamental Problems of Data": (CNY:¥20,000.00-80,000.00)

  1. A corporate video (about 3-5 minutes at the monograph launch ceremony) will be shown before the start of the new monograph launch and book donation ceremony, and the corporate video can also be played circularly at a later stage.

  2. New books can be wrapped in exclusive corporates lipcover.

  3. Acknowledgment in the form of banners inside and outside the venue.

  4. Advertisements of sponsor enterprises are played circularly at the entrance of the venue.




Coffee and teabreak sponsorship and publicity placement: (CNY:¥20,000)

  1. 3-5 minutes of corporate promotional videos during each tea break.

  2. Placement of corporate materials at the refreshment break table or corporate roll-up banners in the refreshment break area.

  3. With the advertising of four tea breaks during the two-day conference, the sponsor is able to get into the "vision" of the leaders and guests through video and audio and leave a deep impression of enterprises culture and product’s spirit.

Ⅲ. Exhibitor representatives to participate in the DSDEIAC2022

On-site participation fee: CNY¥3,900/person, CNY6,000/2 persons.

The participation fee includes conference fee, material fee (proceedings of DSDEIAC2022, conference guide, monograph, pen, notebook, conference video zip file), face-face communication with leaders and guests, meal coupon, etc.
