2021 is the first year for Chinese to implement the 14th Five-Year Plan and start the new journey of comprehensively building a modern socialist country. China made important strategic deployments one after another, such as “Digital China Petroleum”, “Oil and Gas Safety” , “Carbon Neutrality”, and also the white paper entitled with China Energy Development of New Era emphasizes “Energy Consumption Revolution, Energy Supply Revolution, Energy Technology Revolution, Energy System Revolution, Comprehensive Cooperation with Other Countries”.

At present, “Promoting Energy Career to High-Quality Development in the New Era” and “Digital Transformation and Development” becomes two hot topics in oil and gas industry.

The Seventh Digital Oil field International Academic Conference will be held in September of 2021 (date to be determined) and themed as Intelligent Oil and Gas Field & Wisdom Oil-Production, what is mission that outputting the achievements of oil and gas yield, performance and future throughout digital and intelligent constructions in oil and gas oilfield enterprises. Now, DOFIAC2021 committee call for papers and presentations from the masses of specialists and scholars in academia and industries, and will commence to collect the abstracts proposal of paper and presentation, all contributions and participators are welcomed.

With the development of advanced technologies such as big data, artificial intelligent, deep learning, oil and gas field enterprises in the post-digital oilfield era pursues that booming oil and gas industry are driven by science and technology, that means science and technology are the new growth drivers to realize the high-quality, low-cost, low carbon development.

4. Requirements

1) The obligation of author is that one person at least must attend conference, if not, manuscript will be rejected.

2) The submitted manuscript has been not yet published and follow the rules with originality, innovation and novelty, duplicate submission to other publication or conference committee were prohibit.

3) Abstract should be included objective, method, result and conclusion, all of these are necessary, max 300 words, as well as 6-8 keywords.

4) Abstract submission form should also included author’s CV, especially corresponding author shall also be supplied with details, such as name, affiliation, job position, e-mail, mobile, address and research area.

5) Deadline of abstract submission: 15th March, 2021; deadline of full paper submission: 15th April, 2021.

6) Full paper should be written within guideline, and auto-format the template of DOFIAC2021 full paper strictly which will be attachment of letter of abstract acceptance.

7) Whatever abstract or full paper, on time is critical, if not the proceedings of DOFIAC2021 can be not published.

 

5. Publication and charge

1) DOFIAC2021 organization committee will evaluate the quality of the collected manuscript and decide whether to give the presentation opportunity according to the opinions of the technical committee. It is possible for the authors to make a keynote presentation in the plenary session or a technical presentation in the panel session.

2) The proceedings of DOFIAC2021 (including Chinese, English paper) is not only one brochure one delegate as communication materials, but also one publication. As the request of author, committee preliminary consideration the manuscript in good quality, high level and collected on time to publish by Press (Press to be determined);

3) Any author whose papers is accepted by the committee must actively register for the conference and take participate in the on-site or online communication. During the conference, the results of excellent papers will be announced, and the winners will be awarded certificates and prizes. Had even though China opinions in the deepening the reform system of professional titles, paper should not setting as qualification for application-oriented talents cultivation, but one scientific paper is a measure method of talent, scientific research level and its practice application value. Because none of professional journals is matching with publishing the research achievement for oilfield digitization and intelligent, DOFIAC platform is an integration between publishing paper and technology exchanging, which meet the demand on vocational improvement of worker in oilfield enterprises.

4) If the Press have the expensive publishing charges, conference committee will send the notice, because only conference registration fee is shown in official document as usual;
