system has been finished and online running. The instruction for reviewer as follows:

1. Online, double-blind, peer-reviewing for fair, impartial and open result through event homepage;

2. Max. 6 papers each reviewer, do not spare each one much more time ;

3. Deadline: end of July, 2017, please reach committee if you can not implement on time;

4. Serous and response for each answers in checklist, this is very important for author and committee how to make decision on papers and its publishing in core journals;

5. The recommend result will be produced automatic by system. The comments from reviewer should be positive to help authors for improvement;

The operation procedures as below:

1. Login in the DOSFIAC 2017 conference system by user-name and password which will be informed by e-mail;

2. From at the left hand you can open the paper lists for pending, button you can download full paper or click the paper title to Preview the file online, and also the checklist is opened for you to answer the questions.

3.The questionnaire is make up five parts, first part is for suitability identify of conference, second is for each part checking, third is grading on the whole paper, fourth is for reference and professional recommend for outstanding paper awards, and the last one is comments on result.

4.Reviewed in after submit, please click again when you want to make revision.
